We’ve upskilled our dedicated team to attend reactive callouts first to fix mechanical and electrical faults and reduce site downtime. As a Safety Pass Alliance-accredited trainer for the Safety Passport Petrol Retail course, we protect in-house and subcontractor teams against potential forecourt hazards.
In partnership with a popular food retailer, one of our customers operates convenience stores in around 300 forecourt stores. A rolling programme of case deep-cleaning keeps customer satisfaction high and downtime to a minimum. We plan tasks and visits to minimise disruption so that service can continue uninterrupted, and 24-hour coverage ensures the continued function of key sites, so customers aren’t inconvenienced.
Our in-house small works and planning works teams complete remedial fabric works such as pest proofing and drainage channel replacement. Our construction, mechanical and electrical, and fire and security teams undertake larger and multi-site projects, including energy saving installations.
