We scan the whole market for new products to meet our customers' needs more efficiently. We’ve installed a sophisticated building management system which reduces energy consumption in real-time, and CCTV cameras with analytics to search quickly for specific criteria.
We plan resource in alignment with our partners' estate management strategy, so we're prepared for changes in building use, development projects, or property acquisition. We protect unoccupied estate with remotely monitored fire detection systems and security products, including perimeter fencing, CCTV and sensor-activated white lighting beams to deter criminal activity. Our in-house water hygiene and cleaning teams, together with specialist sub-contractors, ensure you can welcome new tenants quickly and safely.
