We contribute contractor’s design portions and feed into Building Infrastructure Modelling (BIM), recommending reliable, tried and tested assets that reduce maintenance costs and downtime disruption.
We trained our technicians to maintain a previously-outsourced, critical nurse call system for 260 care homes, exceeding customer expectations and reducing callout time and cost.
Our approach to safety and compliance ensures the safety of all building users, and doesn’t compromise care or the functioning of crucial equipment and systems. We install and maintain CCTV, access control, sprinklers, hospital infant tagging solutions and panic systems. Our fire and security division is NSI gold-accredited.
