City announces entrance into Health Care sector

City, one of the UK’s largest, privately owned facilities management (FM) companies has commenced a three year, hard FM contract with the UK’s leading health care provider Four Seasons Health Care, who offer a range of care for older people and are considered specialists in Dementia Care.

The contract is City’s first entrance into the health care sector. A full range of electrical, mechanical, building, fabric, catering and laundry services delivered to the entire Four Seasons estate, which includes over 260 care homes across the UK.

Gary Reed, estates director for Four Seasons Health Care said:

“As a company we are wholly committed to delivering very good care to residents in safe, secure, friendly and well maintained homes; so we are pleased to confirm our partnership with City.”

“By combining our drive to provide special resident experiences and City’s facilities management expertise we look forward to delivering a number of efficiencies within our business combined with achieving the highest possible level of compliance.”

City’s agreement with Four Seasons includes a blend of national self-delivery and sub-contractors comprising of multi-skilled technicians across the UK and Northern Ireland.
